- Doing a remodel or addition to your home.
- Getting a new roof.
- Building a new deck.
- Putting up a new fence.
- Painting your home a new color.
- Installing a shed or outbuilding.
- Installing new outdoor lighting.
- Adding a new driveway, sidewalk or patio.

chevron_rightWhat is the penalty for not paying my dues on time? Deliquent accounts will be subject to a lien on the property, together with interest at 6% per annum from the due date, costs and reasonable attorney's fees as provided for under the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. You can find this document in our "documents" section to the left.

chevron_rightHow does the drainage flow through OOHA? Drainage in OOHA flows to the pond or to the ditch on Jay Road. Here is a map of the system.If you are landscaping your yard, make sure you refer to this map. If the drainage flow is blocked it can cause water to pool in your yard.
